Returns
If you fail to recive the correct item, or recive a faulty or damaged item, please call us on 01603 432811 or email us at thecrew@thegoodboatcompany.com and explain the problem. We will respond to emails within 1 full working day and, if you contact us within 14 days of receiving deliver of the item, we will arrange to have the item exchanged for you at our expense. After 14 days we will arrange to have a faulty product that is under warranty repaired or replaced, and returned to you free of charge. Please do not post return goods to us until you have received a reply from us and have an Authorised Returns Reference Number, we are not able to refund any postage costs incurred under these circumstances. If you need to return goods for any other reason, you must do so within 7 days of receipt of the order. Refunds can only be made if the item is returned in the condition it was received, including all documentation and original unopened packaging. Under these circumstances postage is your responsibility.
